What you need?

• BlackBox + power supply
• M8 4-pin Sensor cable
• Diffuse reflection sensor (Sick GTE6-P4212)
• Basic tools for installation sensor
• Sensor and cable is provided by GlobalReader

How to make installation?

• Find suitable place for sensor to count pieces so that every product will break the sensor beam
• For counting, items must move one by one on the line, meaning there is a gap between
• Sensor can be placed horizontally or vertically
• Connect the cable with sensor and BlackBox
• Sensor max distance is 300mm for dark material

Testing sensor

• To adjust the sensitivity of sensor use a +- screw on top of the sensor 4️⃣ LED indicator green: Supply voltage active. Sensor is powered ON 5️⃣ LED indicator orange: Status of received light beam. Orange LED is on when sensor gets reflection from object 7️⃣ Sensitivity control potentiometer. Max sensing range of the sensor is 300mm. Adjust the sensitivity to better detect closer or further objects within the sensing range Note: the sensing range might drop when the sensing object is dark colour, try to set the sensor closer in this case.

• For testing-there is a orange LED on the sensor and if product moves through - the led will turn on. By moving hand or objects in front of sensor led will turn on
