What you need?

• BlackBox and power supply
• Current sensor
• Custom current sensor cable BlackBox/Scoutbox input pin layout
• Basic tools for installation
• BlackBox, Sensor and current sensor cable is provided by GlobalReader

How to make the installation?

• For using the current sensor to count worktime we need to find a power cable on the machine's electrical cabinet. It can be an incoming cable or some cases frequency converter.
• On the sensor, there is an arrow that shows the current flow direction
• AC current only
• Use ONLY ONE PHASE up to 400Amps

After connecting the sensor and BlackBox contact GlobalReader support to verify the readings.

The general idea of testing:

• The BlackBox has a default threshold configured. In case the amperage in phase cable is higher than the threshold then it's considered that the machine is working, otherwise not
