From Operator app interruption entry window operators can use a special checkbox to create automatically Maintenance jobs. NB! Please choose correct Interruption reason for example Maintenance, as it will be the name of the job; to Notes you can add reason for adding job:

The new job is created to a workstation in Maintenence that has the BlackBox connected and to the workstation’s responsible person.

Move back to Maintenance or to Operator (Shopfloor Feedback).
