Changing your email address in the GlobalReader passport environment is a 2-step process to ensure that the change is actually needed and done with correct details.

Please follow the steps to change your email address:

  1. Click on 'Change email' on your 'My profile' page in the passport
  2. Add a new email to the field and click on 'Save'
  3. Confirmation email is sent to the new email address
  4. Confirm email change by clicking on the hyperlink within the email

Good to know! Until the email change is confirmed by clicking on the hyperlink within the email, the currently used old email will stay for the profile.
