Once you have added new unplanned orders to the system, then you will be able to schedule them to the correct Workstation for the correct day or you can use auto-planning functionality during import.

1. How to schedule unplanned orders?

All the unplanned orders are seen on the Board view and can be drag-and-dropped to the correct workstation for the correct time. Please follow the steps:

1. Open the Planning Board view
2. Look up the order you want to plan OR simply add a new order
3. Drag it to the correct workstation for the correct day
4. The order has been planned
5. Option to “Add new after this” will appear after just Planned order.

2. How to use auto-planning functionality during import?

If you add new orders to the system using import functionality, then it is possible to use auto-planning functionality. Please follow the steps:

1. Open Import page and choose the file OR use copy-paste functionality
2. Click on 'Edit' to select the Auto-planning feature
3. Validate rows
4. Import order
5. Orders are now added to the marked Workstations on the planned date
