Wheel

The wheel parts are:

• Rubber wheel (1) - in contact with measured material
• Metal sensing teeth on wheel (5) - sensor distance from tooth is 2mm
• Suspension (4) - automatic suspension for up to 40mm
• Tightening bolt (2) - the free rolling of wheel can be adjusted
• Mounts (V1, V2, V3, V4) - for fixing the wheel from suspension part to machine. Standard package contains V1 and V4 mounts

Wheel mounts

Install mount and wheel. By choosing the mount based on your machine's build.

Install sensor on wheel:

• Install sensor in correct hole, sensor facing wheel teeth
• Sensor distance from metal tooth (5) about 2mm
• Screw sensor tightly

Notes:

• The wheel has 4cm suspension. So the material height can change in 4cm range. In case it's more then the wheel position should be adjusted up or down from the mount fixture
