The Quality Control (QC) feature makes it possible for the Operator to enter information about performed chek-ups. The entered fields and the trigger logic can be configured in Passport by Admin users.

Quality Control is an extra for ShopFloor Feedback feature.

It is the best option if there is any process parameter that you would like to have quality checked. Quality Control can request the operator to double-check the measures, examine the visual quality, submit a comment, or carry out any other action that your factory needs.

Configuration

In Passport navigate to System Advanced Setup and Add a new Quality Control trigger

First the triggering and settings can be configured.

• Manual
• Exact time
• Scheduled (time-based)
• Inserted amount based
• Main sensor based (meters, pcs)

Pop-up closing time

The triggered pop-up can be automatically closed. This way the control is considered undone if not saved during this period of time
