The Planner Settings page gives you an overview of the base data from Passport and allows you to add and update settings specific to the Planner app only.

GlobalReader eco-system apps share the same basic data (e.g workstations, users, products) to ensure smooth and correct data flow between GlobalReader eco-system apps - Planner, Analytics, and Operator app.
