Once you have downloaded the GlobalReader monitoring app to your phone via Apple App or Google Play store, then you will be able to log in to it using an access code or your regular login details (email+password). Switching between which login method you prefer can be done easily on the app login screen.

On 'My Profile' page in Passport there is an option to send an access code for your mobile app to log in to the app without using email and password. Please follow the steps to use the access code for mobile app login:

  1. Open 'My profile' page in Passport and scroll down to 'Access code for mobile app' section
  2. Click on 'Send access code'
  3. SMS with access code is sent to your phone number marked within your profile with instructions
  4. Click on 'Login with access code' on the app login screen
  5. Enter your access code and click on 'Sign in'

Good to know! You can always use your email and password to login into the app, but you can also use the access code functionality. The SMS with access code includes quick links to download the app from the app store.

When you change your phone and access code needs to be resent to your phone number, then this can be done on the 'My profile' page by clicking on 'Resend access code'.
