When and why the interruptions are shown on the graph are directly connected to the device and product settings which only admin users can change and also to the Black Box status. Criteria for interruptions include:

• Minimum interruption time - when the device is not working or is working below-set minimum production level for a longer period than the set value, then this is considered as an interruption and if less than Loading time. Minimum interruption time can be set for a device and for a product.
• Minimum production limit - the minimal level of production in one minute. When the reading is less than the set value, then this is considered as loading time or interruption based on the period length.
• Black Box status - online vs offline. A quick overview of the Black Box status is available from Monitor real-time data with Dashboard and you can troubleshoot the Balck Box issues Why GlobalReader device is not sending data?
