On the **Products page in Passport** you can add new products to the system by following the below steps:

  1. Open the Products page in Passport
  2. Click on 'Add new'
  3. Fill in all the basic details - product name (only compulsory field), max production value, min production value.
  4. Fill in advanced settings if needed - multiplier, product code, barcode, minimum interruption time (if needs to be different than machines) - click to open the additional fields
  5. Choose a workstation from the drop-down where the product can be chosen by the operator or leave empty for the product to be seen on all the workstation in your factory

Good to know! If you add product-specific production information, like min and max production, min interruption time, or multiplier, then this will override the values set for the device on the device profile.
