When shifts template is no longer needed due to shift pattern changing or for any other reason, then it is possible to inactivate it so the shifts from today onward will be removed from workstations, and previously done shifts with the work data will remain on the system under statistics.
Please follow the steps to inactivate a shift template:
With these above steps the shifts are removed from the Active shifts list to the All list and at the same time shifts from today onward are removed from the workstation.
Good to know! You can always re-activate the shift template if needed by looking it up from the All list and enabling it again.
