GlobalReader allows creating system users who have different access levels based on the role they have within the company. On the Passport Users page, you can add Admin users, Trusted users, and operators.
- Admin user - users with Admin roles have access by default to all the GlobalReader eco-system environments with the option to view reports, change and edit any settings needed and enter production information.
- Trusted user - user with Trusted role have access by default to all the GlobalReader eco-system environments for all the devices, view reports, and enter production information, but do not have a possibility to change any settings
- Operator - users with Operator roles have access only to the device operators' view and cannot access all the GlobalReader environments nor edit any company settings. They can enter production information
